As a result of these measures, it is extremely rare that anything unexpected would happen to the media you send to us.

Do I get my original photos & video tapes back?

We work as fast as we scan. Sometimes, we are able to return your media to you in under 6 weeks. We believe that slow and steady wins the race. This is why we only scan each photo individually by hand, instead of using more automated processes. This ensures the highest resolution and fidelity of your memories. Digitizing decades’ worth of memories is a large undertaking, and we don’t think this is something you’d want to rush and then regret - or worse, have to redo in the future.

We cannot provide a guaranteed time frame. Our aim is to have everything physically returned to you in approximately 6 to 8 weeks after you send them out. This includes both digitization and shipping times. However, occasionally, it may take longer than this to complete everything. Likewise, depending on the circumstances, it may also be faster.

In any case, even before you get your physical media back, you will be able to view and download your photos on our cloud service.
